What equipment do I need?
The only equipment you will need is access to the bar and bars. This could be a local park, or you could go to a gym, etc. Also, a resistance band is recommended for all levels, but is a must for beginners.
Is this a membership or a one-time fee?
The cost of this program is one-time. However, if you want to continue after you're done, I have a members-only chat with daily workouts and everything you need to grind.
How is the program implemented?
